Josephine Kelly is widely regarded as an artist to watch on the art scene in Donegal. She has exhibited through Ireland in solo and group shows and is a regular contributor to the prestigious Royal Ulster Academy annual exhibition in Belfast.
She has been included in the national small works exhibition, Iontas, and also in ‘Currents’, another touring show which featured works from government departments north and south.
Her awards include prizes at the popular open exhibition at the state-owned Glebe Gallery in Donegal in 2002 and 2006. Her work has been supported by the Arts Councils in both the Republic and Northern Ireland.
Josephine’s paintings are colourful, vibrant and distinctive, and have regularly seduced visitors to Ross Fine Art!
