Liz Doyle Exhibition

Ross Fine Art is pleased to present the first of a series of new exhibitions at our gallery space in Letterkenny. The aim of this group of exhibitions is to bring to light work by serious emerging artists.

On Friday 15 October we will open an exhibition of paintings by Liz Doyle.
Born in Germany, Doyle has lived all over the world. She studied in England and Wales and since 2007 has settled here in Donegal.

Partly due to a childhood spent in exotic lands such as Nepal , her work is drenched in luscious, vibrant colour. These richly textured , sometimes quite large paintings are inspired by the beauty that surrounds us in Donegal. She has a special penchant for the majestic slopes of Errigal and Muckish.

Liz Doyle has exhibited at Tabernacle, Museum of Modern Art, Wales in 2006 and 2007.
She has begun to receive recognition here and has been a prize-winner at The Glebe Gallery in 2009 and 2010.

The exhibition is open to the public at 7pm on Friday 15 October.
